Shipping:
1. Some have Custom Shipping Methods of name of that particular product.
Refunds:
1. No refunds on S & H or insurance.
2. On all returned item(s), notification by e-mail is required within three (3 ) days of receiving items.
3. You must have an authorized return item number before you return an item.
4. Item(s) are return at cost of buyer.
5. No return on cut fabric.
6.No return on kits that the plastic or box has been removed.
Exchanges:
1. On all item(s) wanting to be exchanged, notification by e-mail is required with in three (3) days of receiving item(s).
2. An exchange item(s) number is required before exchanges will be made.
3. Cost of exchanges is a case by case scenario that is why notification by e-mail is essential.
General Policy:
1. Any uninsured item(s), sent or returned, are not our responsibility.
2. We do not except credit card orders out of the USA.
3. We reserve the right to make changes to the policy at any time.
Lay-a-ways:
1. Must be pre-approved by S & T's Crafts.
2. 20 % down, 90 days to be payed in full. Plus S & H ( no interest. same as cash).
3. Payments(s): VISA, DISCOVER,AMERICAN EXPRESS or money orders, cashier checks from a bank only. There will be a 10 business day waiting period on all money orders & cashier checks.
4. Lay-a-way is not infect until down payment is received by S & T's Crafts.
5. If for some reason, full payment can not be made, S & T's Crafts must be contacted before the 90 days expires.
Note: There will be a charge of $ 10:00 for handling of refunds only.
